• Lead and manage complex employee relations matters and coach managers on performance management
• Develop and execute HR projects, ensuring compliance with employment laws and optimizing benefits administration

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience with a focus on employee relations
• Experience in a client-facing, consulting, or multi-client HR support environment
• Proven project management capabilities across multiple clients
• In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
• Ability to work West Coast hours in a fully remote setting
