Job Summary

A company is looking for a PEO HR Consultant I US.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and provide strategic HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with client business objectives and drive employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and manage complex HR issues for clients

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience, ideally within a PEO or global HR consulting environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's or HR certification preferred)
• Experience working with international clients and understanding distributed workforce challenges
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR data analytics
