Job Summary
Providing HR consultation and guidance, the fully remote HR Consultant (HR Operations Advisor 2) will support managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, and HR policies during a 5-month contract with potential for extension.
Key responsibilities
- Offer HR consultation and guidance on performance management and workplace concerns
- Coach managers through employee relations matters and performance conversations
- Manage HR cases, ensuring accuracy, timely follow-through, and documentation
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, employee relations, or HR consulting
- 2+ years of experience advising managers on performance management processes
- Experience with case management and maintaining accurate HR records
- Working knowledge of HR policies and employee relations practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard business tools
