Job Summary
To support day-to-day human resources operations, the part-time HR Consultant will partner with leadership to address workplace concerns, guide performance management, and ensure compliance with employment regulations, working remotely with occasional local meetings in Red Bank, NJ.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee concerns, performance management, and workplace conflict resolution
- Lead employee investigations and support appropriate disciplinary actions and documentation
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and recommend practical process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources with a focus on employee relations and workplace investigations
- Solid understanding of federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coach and influence leadership
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives and organizational change efforts
