Job Summary

Providing expert support for HR service delivery strategies, the remote HR Consultant will focus on Workday configuration, testing, and deployment while analyzing enterprise HR business processes and developing solutions for data and process issues.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR service delivery strategies using HR information systems
• Provide Workday support, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Analyze and document enterprise HR business processes aligned with policies and programs

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with Workday
• Full life-cycle experience in requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment preferred
