HR Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Technology function, the remote HR Consultant will manage talent management activities, including immigration tracking, headcount reconciliation, and talent assessment, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance career development and employee experience over a 6-month duration with possible extensions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop and implement talent management solutions that align with company culture and diversity initiatives
• Act as a trusted consultant to the Tech leadership team, conducting talent needs assessments and providing strategic solutions
• Lead people analytics efforts by designing dashboards and presenting data-driven insights to support talent management initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with 6+ years of HR experience
• Minimum of 5 years in Human Resources with at least 4 years in project management
• Experience as a consultant and business partner for executive-level clients
• Strong skills in data analysis and presentation
• Experience managing HR operational processes such as headcount reconciliation and immigration tracking preferred
