HR Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Technology function, the remote HR Consultant will manage talent management activities, oversee key HR processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee career development and engagement strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with leaders to develop and implement talent management solutions that promote diversity and support organizational culture
• Act as a trusted consultant to the Tech leadership team, conducting talent needs assessments and providing strategic solutions
• Lead people analytics initiatives by designing dashboards and leveraging data to inform talent management decisions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 6+ years of HR experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources and 4 years in project management
• Experience as a consultant and business partner supporting executive-level clients
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and present data effectively
• Experience managing HR operational processes such as headcount reconciliation and talent calendars preferred
