Job Summary
Serving as a strategic consultant, the full-time remote Principal Human Resources Consultant with Certification will manage complex employee relations matters, assess compliance and policy concerns, and provide expert recommendations for resolution.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert for Area CHROs and Caregiver Relations Consultants on complex employee relations issues
- Identify and assess situations for compliance and policy concerns, making informed recommendations for resolution
- Provide advanced expertise in areas such as labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
Required qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in general human resources at the exempt level in a multi-state/location service line
- 8 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations and Labor Relations
- Advanced experience in labor relations, ADAAA, Leaves of Absence, or mediation
- HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP or PHR, SHRM-CP) upon hire
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
