Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time HR Consultant with Certification will provide strategic HR guidance to clients, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Consults with clients to integrate effective HR processes and practices into their operations
- Analyzes HR issues and recommends solutions related to compensation, compliance, and policy development
- Conducts reviews of HR activities to ensure compliance with policies and labor laws
Required qualifications
- Four years or more of HR consulting experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- HR designation such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or THRP
- Preferred: Five years of HR consulting experience with exposure to a variety of projects and clients
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is a plus
