Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR consulting, workforce strategy, or related advisory roles
• Demonstrated experience delivering client-facing, consultative HR services
• Strong knowledge of payroll structures, PEO models, and compensation strategy
• Financial services or wealth management experience preferred
• Proven ability to operate within structured consulting frameworks
