Job Summary

Leading a remote team of HR Generalist Consultants, the full-time HR Consulting Manager will manage client relationships, oversee daily HR support, and ensure high-quality service delivery to a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR support for clients, ensuring timely resolution of HR issues and service renewals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, tailoring HR solutions to meet their needs and managing the onboarding process
• Lead and mentor a remote team of HR Generalist Consultants, monitoring performance and providing strategic HR planning aligned with client goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR consulting or HR management
• Proven experience in managing a team and client relationships
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and regulations
• Proficiency in ADP software and other HR tools
