Job Summary
To support a dynamic contact center environment, the seasonal HR Contact Center Advisor will manage high volumes of live phone and chat interactions, providing exceptional customer service and resolving HR inquiries for Amazon employees globally.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of live contacts, ensuring each interaction is resolved with a strong focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction
- Build customer trust through empathetic conversations and adjust resolution plans based on employees' changing needs during live interactions
- Maintain high performance metrics in areas such as contact handling time and customer satisfaction scores while adhering to set schedules for consistent support
Required qualifications
- 6+ months of human resources experience
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- 6+ months of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in confidential environments
