Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Contact Center Representative II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to inquiries from employees, retirees, and family members regarding HR and payroll issues
  • Documents interactions and resolves cases in a professional and timely manner
  • Coaches users on HR and Payroll self-service technology and escalates complex cases as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree or professional certification preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a human resources contact center
  • Basic knowledge of Human Resources Practices and Services
  • Flexibility to work within hours of operation and willingness to work overtime
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
