Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Contact Center Representative II.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to inquiries from employees, retirees, and family members regarding HR and payroll issues
- Documents interactions and resolves cases in a professional and timely manner
- Coaches users on HR and Payroll self-service technology and escalates complex cases as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree or professional certification preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a human resources contact center
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources Practices and Services
- Flexibility to work within hours of operation and willingness to work overtime
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
