Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Contact Center Representative I to assist with employee inquiries and concerns remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve employee inquiries and issues using contact center procedures and reference materials
  • Document all inquiries in the contact center case management application
  • Forward inquiries to Functional Specialists when in-depth knowledge is required
Required Qualifications
  • H.S. Diploma/GED required
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent Bachelor's education in HR or related field preferred
  • 1 year or more experience in case management systems preferred
  • 1 year or more experience in HR, call center, or related field preferred
