Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Contact Center Representative I to assist with employee inquiries and concerns remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve employee inquiries and issues using contact center procedures and reference materials
- Document all inquiries in the contact center case management application
- Forward inquiries to Functional Specialists when in-depth knowledge is required
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma/GED required
- Associate's Degree or equivalent Bachelor's education in HR or related field preferred
- 1 year or more experience in case management systems preferred
- 1 year or more experience in HR, call center, or related field preferred
