Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Coordinator to support the People team across all stages of the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Coordinate terminations, exit interviews, and partner with Finance for equipment returns
  • Administer and improve the performance review process and assist with promotion frameworks
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years in HR, People Operations, or similar roles
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-growing organization
  • Familiarity with HRIS tools and onboarding platforms
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience with performance review processes is preferred
