Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Coordinator to support the People team across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Coordinate terminations, exit interviews, and partner with Finance for equipment returns
- Administer and improve the performance review process and assist with promotion frameworks
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years in HR, People Operations, or similar roles
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growing organization
- Familiarity with HRIS tools and onboarding platforms
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience with performance review processes is preferred
