Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR Inbox by responding to employee requests and inquiries via phone and email
- Assist with employee orientation and documentation, ensuring proper completion and submission
- Maintain HRIS and assist with company engagement activities and equipment returns
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of experience in Human Resources or 2-3 years in an administrative role
- Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle data confidentially
