Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Coordinator to support human resource projects and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HR Inbox by responding to employee requests and inquiries via phone and email
  • Assist with employee orientation and documentation, ensuring proper completion and submission
  • Maintain HRIS and assist with company engagement activities and equipment returns
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year of experience in Human Resources or 2-3 years in an administrative role
  • Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle data confidentially
