Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Team (HR) Coordinator (or Manager).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes and manage recruitment administration
- Draft and issue employment contracts, maintain employee records, and support benefits coordination
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
- Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle
- Strong experience with HR systems (HRIS, ATS)
- Experience working across time zones and cultures
- Familiarity with EORs and multi-country employment contexts is preferred
