Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Team (HR) Coordinator (or Manager).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes and manage recruitment administration
  • Draft and issue employment contracts, maintain employee records, and support benefits coordination
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions
Required Qualifications
  • At least five years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
  • Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle
  • Strong experience with HR systems (HRIS, ATS)
  • Experience working across time zones and cultures
  • Familiarity with EORs and multi-country employment contexts is preferred
