Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Coordinator to provide exceptional support to employees in a remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR benefits, policies, and employment-related matters
- Log cases into the case management system to track and resolve issues efficiently
- Guide employees through various life-cycle processes and collaborate with team members to improve employee satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Several years of experience in human resources and customer service, ideally in a call center environment
- Solid understanding of state and federal employment laws, including ADA, FMLA, and workers' compensation
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar case management systems is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
