Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Coordinator to provide essential support to the HR Business Partner team in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a positive new hire onboarding experience and ensure compliance with onboarding activities
  • Manage and submit employee changes in the HRIS system
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries and coordinate the exiting process for colleagues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of related professional experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook; basic PowerPoint knowledge
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee data
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
