Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Coordinator to support various human resources functions remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding processes for new hires to ensure readiness before their start date
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support HR compliance tasks
  • Assist with payroll, employee engagement initiatives, and HR communications
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar administrative role
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience with HRIS, preferably ADP
  • Background in high-volume background screening and onboarding is preferred but not required
