Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Coordinator to support various human resources functions remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires to ensure readiness before their start date
- Maintain accurate employee records and support HR compliance tasks
- Assist with payroll, employee engagement initiatives, and HR communications
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field
- 2-3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar administrative role
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience with HRIS, preferably ADP
- Background in high-volume background screening and onboarding is preferred but not required
