Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR/Recruiting Coordinator to support the HR team with administrative recruiting tasks and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with sourcing candidates and conducting initial resume reviews
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain organized candidate records in the ATS
  • Support onboarding tasks and perform general HR administrative duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR and/or recruiting is required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS Software (ADP WorkforceNow) or related software
  • Basic understanding of HR and recruiting processes required
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
