Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR/Recruiting Coordinator to support the HR team with administrative recruiting tasks and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing candidates and conducting initial resume reviews
- Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain organized candidate records in the ATS
- Support onboarding tasks and perform general HR administrative duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in HR and/or recruiting is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS Software (ADP WorkforceNow) or related software
- Basic understanding of HR and recruiting processes required
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
