Key Responsibilities
- Implement recruitment strategies and manage the full recruitment cycle
- Develop and optimize internal processes to improve efficiency across the organization
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and maintain office policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or office management
- Proven ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process independently
- Experience using ATS platforms, HR systems, and job boards
- Based in Mexico City (CDMX) required for this remote role
- Proactive and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
