Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR & Recruitment Coordinator to manage the full recruitment cycle and support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement recruitment strategies and manage the full recruitment cycle
  • Develop and optimize internal processes to improve efficiency across the organization
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing and maintain office policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or office management
  • Proven ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process independently
  • Experience using ATS platforms, HR systems, and job boards
  • Based in Mexico City (CDMX) required for this remote role
  • Proactive and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
