Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Coordinator I to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides administrative support to the HR team and assists with employee onboarding
  • Maintains employee records, processes unemployment claims, and facilitates HR-related inquiries
  • Supports HR reporting and assists with compliance audits and internal processes
Required Qualifications
  • Two to four years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with an HRIS platform such as Workday
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Employees must provide their own reliable internet if working a remote/hybrid position
