Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Coordinator I to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to the HR team and assists with employee onboarding
- Maintains employee records, processes unemployment claims, and facilitates HR-related inquiries
- Supports HR reporting and assists with compliance audits and internal processes
Required Qualifications
- Two to four years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with an HRIS platform such as Workday
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
- Employees must provide their own reliable internet if working a remote/hybrid position
