Job Summary
HR Coordinator, seeking a full-time candidate to support HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, payroll coordination, and benefits administration in the US region.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding
- Assist with payroll inputs and benefits administration, including claims resolution and 401(k) processes
- Maintain HR trackers and employee records while supporting compliance-related HR activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations or HR coordination, preferably in the US region
- Prior experience with payroll inputs and benefits administration
- Exposure to 401(k) administration and vendor coordination preferred
- Familiarity with US employment practices and HR compliance requirements preferred
