Job Summary

Supporting the HR Operations Manager, the contract HR Coordinator will provide full HR support in payroll, benefits, and recruiting for the corporate and retail populations, working in a hybrid environment at the US headquarters in Buena Park.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full HR document retention process and maintain data integrity across multiple HR systems
  • Assist the Recruiting team with onboarding efforts, including verifying I-9 forms and coordinating New Hire Orientation
  • Process employee terminations and notify the Payroll and Benefits team of administrative changes
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or related education
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Passion for learning and taking on new responsibilities
