Job Summary
Supporting the day-to-day operations of Human Resources, the full-time remote HR Coordinator will manage onboarding and offboarding processes, assist employees with HR inquiries, and coordinate recruiting activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees
- Serve as the first point of contact for general HR questions and support employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate interview scheduling and support job postings and other recruiting administrative tasks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of HR experience in a coordinator or assistant role
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in promotions, retail, or logistics
- Working knowledge of HR processes and HRIS systems (iSolved or similar)
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
