Job Summary
Supporting the Human Resources team, the fully remote HR Coordinator will manage onboarding processes, assist with HRIS administration, and handle payroll processing while fostering employee engagement during a maternity cover period.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the administration of HR policies and processes, recommending improvements for employee satisfaction
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and periodic check-ins
- Ensure timely processing of payroll discrepancies and maintain accurate HRIS records
Required qualifications
- Experience in HR administration or a related field
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others
- Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS platforms
