Job Summary

Organized and people-centered, the full-time HR Coordinator will manage HRIS administration, onboarding and offboarding processes, and HR operations while working remotely during core hours of 8AM-5PM Central.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as system administrator for HRIS, maintaining data accuracy and generating reports
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience and manage offboarding workflows
  • Identify and drive improvements to HR processes, systems, and workflows
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of HR or HR operations experience
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, and performance platforms
  • Strong English proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience welcome
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
