Job Summary

Supporting HR Operations and Provider Recruiting teams, the full-time HR Coordinator will manage employee data, coordinate training sessions, and facilitate onboarding processes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with HRIS and Integration teams to verify and consolidate employee data into HR systems
  • Coordinate training sessions and employee meetings during practice integrations
  • Manage interview scheduling and maintain organized HR documentation
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous experience in an administrative assistant, coordinator, or HR support role preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management
