Job Summary
Supporting HR Operations and Provider Recruiting teams, the full-time HR Coordinator will manage employee data, coordinate training sessions, and facilitate onboarding processes in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with HRIS and Integration teams to verify and consolidate employee data into HR systems
- Coordinate training sessions and employee meetings during practice integrations
- Manage interview scheduling and maintain organized HR documentation
Required qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience in an administrative assistant, coordinator, or HR support role preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management
