Job Summary
To support a dynamic HR team, the full-time remote HR Coordinator will manage candidate scheduling, onboarding logistics, and employee experience initiatives while ensuring seamless communication and organization throughout the recruitment process.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate all candidate scheduling and interview logistics, ensuring timely communication and a smooth recruiting process
- Oversee onboarding logistics for new hires, creating structured first-day schedules and ensuring a welcoming experience
- Manage the onboarding swag program, including sourcing and delivering welcome packages to new employees
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an HR coordinator, recruiting coordinator, or people operations role
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, ATS tools, and scheduling software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
- Experience supporting both HR operations and talent acquisition functions
- Proven ability to maintain accurate employee records and handle sensitive information professionally
