Job Summary

Supporting a people-first medical technology organization, the remote HR Coordinator will administer parental leave programs, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and resolve leave-related inquiries in a contract capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer parental leave of absences nationally and consult with employees and managers on eligibility and provisions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve routine and complex leave issues while maintaining accurate case documentation
  • Collaborate with HR partners to ensure consistent communication and compliance with federal/state regulations
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of experience administering Leaves of Absence programs
  • Preferred qualifications include 2+ years in a fast-paced customer support role and an Associate or Bachelor's degree
  • Applied knowledge of leaves/benefits laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and HIPAA
