Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Coordinator (Compliance & HR Operations).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for HR compliance activities and maintain accurate HR records
- Manage the job description process and assist with onboarding and offboarding documentation
- Support annual compliance training and monitor state and federal employment law postings
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, HR operations, or administrative support
- Basic understanding of HR operations and compliance concepts
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a security clearance if required
