Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the onboarding process and manage staff correspondence
  • Maintain EMR, payroll, and HRIS software, and manage personnel files
  • Respond to inquiries regarding company policies and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements
Qualifications
  • Must be a high school graduate
  • Experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency is required
  • Must possess professional phone etiquette and familiarity with medical terminology
  • Strong organizational and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills are essential
