- Assist with the onboarding process and manage staff correspondence
- Maintain EMR, payroll, and HRIS software, and manage personnel files
- Respond to inquiries regarding company policies and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements
Qualifications
- Must be a high school graduate
- Experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency is required
- Must possess professional phone etiquette and familiarity with medical terminology
- Strong organizational and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
