Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage new hire gifts and milestone anniversary awards
  • Organize HR meetings and events, coordinate travel, and provide administrative support for special projects
  • Coordinate internal communications, publish varied content, and serve as primary administrator for the company intranet

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 2+ years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or related area
  • Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software
