Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Coordinator for a temporary, summer seasonal position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including creating job postings and scheduling interviews

- Provide administrative support across various HR functions and assist with compliance and process improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or commensurate experience
- 2 years of HR experience as an assistant or coordinator
- Familiarity with HR processes, applicant tracking systems, and HRIS systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
