Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from associates and leaders
  • Manage an assigned caseload through the ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of HR inquiries and transactions
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures while supporting continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations
Required Qualifications
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in HR, customer service, or administrative support
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency with technology systems, including MS Office suite
  • Experience with HRIS, preferably Workday, is a plus
