Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Customer Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from associates and leaders
- Manage an assigned caseload through the ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of HR inquiries and transactions
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures while supporting continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HR, customer service, or administrative support
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with technology systems, including MS Office suite
- Experience with HRIS, preferably Workday, is a plus
