Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Data Administrator to support its People Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain employee data in core business systems, ensuring data integrity and privacy
- Oversee core business systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide training to employees
- Process payroll, ensure compliance with laws, and support HR-related inquiries and projects
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Finance, HR, or Operations
- Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
- Proficiency in Excel, including data manipulation and reporting
- Experience with HRIS systems like Rippling and payroll systems such as ADP or PayChex
- Prior experience in a fully remote work environment
