Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Data Administrator to support its People Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain employee data in core business systems, ensuring data integrity and privacy
  • Oversee core business systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide training to employees
  • Process payroll, ensure compliance with laws, and support HR-related inquiries and projects
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Finance, HR, or Operations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Excel, including data manipulation and reporting
  • Experience with HRIS systems like Rippling and payroll systems such as ADP or PayChex
  • Prior experience in a fully remote work environment
