Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HRIS configuration, data integrity, and system improvements in collaboration with IT and vendors
  • Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data flow and implement efficiency gains in workflows
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS, people analytics, or related roles, preferably in a high-growth or tech environment
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Python, or BI tools is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with major HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, UKG)
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset focused on solving complex problems through systems and data
