Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workforce Planning & HR Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve data accuracy through process automation and maintain data integrity across HR systems
- Provide reporting and analysis for workforce planning decisions, including headcount and requisition reports
- Support HRIS functions and contribute to process improvements and project initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Deep systems knowledge with the ability to learn quickly
- Experience with recruitment processes and ATS systems
- Workday experience required
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
