Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Planning & HR Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve data accuracy through process automation and maintain data integrity across HR systems
  • Provide reporting and analysis for workforce planning decisions, including headcount and requisition reports
  • Support HRIS functions and contribute to process improvements and project initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Deep systems knowledge with the ability to learn quickly
  • Experience with recruitment processes and ATS systems
  • Workday experience required
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
