Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Data Analyst to support its Human Resources organization through advanced analytics and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform large-scale data analysis to support HR business goals and translate results into actionable insights
- Design and maintain Tableau dashboards and assess HR data sources to improve data quality
- Analyze hiring funnel data and support workforce planning through scenario modeling and trend analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in BI development or HR analytics with proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel
- Experience with HR process automation and platforms like HRIS and ATS
- Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach
