Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Data Analyst to support its Human Resources organization through advanced analytics and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform large-scale data analysis to support HR business goals and translate results into actionable insights
  • Design and maintain Tableau dashboards and assess HR data sources to improve data quality
  • Analyze hiring funnel data and support workforce planning through scenario modeling and trend analysis
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in BI development or HR analytics with proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel
  • Experience with HR process automation and platforms like HRIS and ATS
  • Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach
