HR Data Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Data Analyst - People Analytics to provide leadership and analytics for HR data programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR data tracking and reporting, consolidating multiple data sources
- Design and deliver Impact Reports in collaboration with Program Managers
- Manage program surveys strategy and support research initiatives in partnership with the People Analytics team
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources Analytics functions
- Strong experience managing HR data and analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel
- Experience with Tableau is required
- Experience in slide development is required
