Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Data Analyst in People Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and support the end-to-end analytical process for people-related business questions and outcomes
  • Translate ambiguous business questions into actionable analytical insights
  • Work directly with data from extraction to results validation and communicate findings effectively


Required Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 2+ years of experience in data analysis
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
  • Strong statistical analysis skills and knowledge of statistical software (e.g., Python or R)
  • High commitment to accuracy and adherence to data privacy and confidentiality
