Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Data & Reporting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data through regular audits and corrections
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using BI tools
• Support performance and compensation data analysis and enhance HR data workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, or related field
• 6-8 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or workforce analytics
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Experience with HRIS systems and BI tools like Power BI
• Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
