Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the HR Data Analyst will manage employee data across multiple systems, audit and analyze personnel actions, and respond to Tier 2 inquiries regarding employee concerns.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to Tier 2 inquiries regarding personnel data changes, internal transfers, and employee concerns
- Process and review all personnel actions within the HRIS system
- Perform bi-weekly audits on system changes and collaborate with stakeholders on process improvements
Required qualifications
- Vocational business training or college coursework; AA degree preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a Human Resources department
- Experience in operations, onboarding, compensation, benefits, or employee data management preferred
