HR Data Analyst
Job Summary
Partnering with HR and business leaders, the full-time remote HR Data Analyst will turn workforce data into actionable insights by developing dashboards, conducting complex analyses, and enhancing employee experience metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and optimization of HR dashboards and automated reporting solutions to provide insights across the employee lifecycle
- Conduct complex analyses of workforce data to identify trends and opportunities, translating business questions into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and present findings through compelling visualizations and executive-level presentations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
- Advanced proficiency in Workday, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, or other data visualization and reporting tools
- Demonstrated experience building dashboards, developing KPIs, and automating reporting processes
- Experience working with large, complex datasets, including data cleansing, validation, integration, and modeling
