Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Data Analyst II (Workday).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, configure, test, and deliver Workday reports and dashboards to meet HR business needs
  • Collaborate with HR partners to gather reporting requirements and translate business questions into technical solutions
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analysis, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in developing and managing Workday reports and dashboards
  • Completion of Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields courses
  • Strong understanding of Workday HR processes and data structures
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau
