Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Data and Analytics Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver actionable HR metrics, trends, and insights across the employee lifecycle
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, including ad hoc reporting and statistical modeling
- Design, build, and maintain HR analytics products in partnership with IT
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative analysis or related field with 4+ years of relevant analytics experience
- Hands-on Workday configuration experience, including HCM, Talent Performance, and Learning modules
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed
