Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Data and Analytics Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver actionable HR metrics, trends, and insights across the employee lifecycle
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, including ad hoc reporting and statistical modeling
  • Design, build, and maintain HR analytics products in partnership with IT
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative analysis or related field with 4+ years of relevant analytics experience
  • Hands-on Workday configuration experience, including HCM, Talent Performance, and Learning modules
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed
