HR Data Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Data and Analytics Consultant to support their HR Data & Analytics function.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver metrics, trends, and analytic solutions for HR support and services
• Act as an Analytics consultant by performing analyses and creating presentations to aid decision-making
• Develop and maintain analytics products while managing the product portfolio and enhancing customer self-service

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and eight years of experience in data analytics
• Three years of experience with HR data analysis and reporting
• Three years of experience in data wrangling, developing reports, and creating analytic products
• One year of experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx
• Demonstrated experience in identifying and addressing client needs
