HR Data Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Data and Analytics Consultant to support its HR Data & Analytics function.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver metrics, trends, and analytic solutions across HR support and services
• Act as an analytics consultant performing quantitative and qualitative analyses on employee lifecycle data
• Develop and maintain analytics products, managing the product portfolio and identifying opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and eight years of experience in data analytics
• Three years of experience with HR data analysis or comparable data analysis experience
• Three years of experience in queries, ETL, report development, and analytics product creation
• One year of experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx
• Experience in identifying and addressing client needs in analytics discussions
