Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Data & Analytics Manager to drive strategic workforce insights and streamline HR analytics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc HR dashboards and reports (attrition, DEI, performance, hiring, engagement)
  • Partner with HR, TA, and business leaders to turn data into strategy
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in HR analytics or workforce reporting
  • 5+ years working with Workday
  • 2+ years working with Power BI
  • Experience in HR metrics, data storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and stakeholder engagement
